16th Monthly Operation Coordination Unit (OCU) Meeting

The 16th of the Monthly Operations Coordination Unit (OCU) Meeting was held in Hybrit, on March 28^th, 2024, with the participation of representatives from the Contracting Authority, End Recipient, Consortium Representatives, and OCU Members.

The project's work schedule was reviewed at the meeting chaired by Sabriye Ayhan, Head of the Circular Economy and Waste Management Department. At the opening of the meeting, Ms. Sabriye Ayhan gave a brief overview of the progress of the project.

DEEP Project Team Leader Mr. Mihail Dimovski, who connected to the meeting online, gave information about ongoing activities. Mr. Dimovski talked about the planned training, workshops, and field visits.

Technical Component Leader Mr. Onur Akpulat stated that their visit to the capacity of waste management in local governments is about to be completed. He shared information about the study visit to France and Luxembourg in April. The meeting also included a general evaluation of communication and social media activities.
