17th Monthly Operation Coordination Unit (OCU) Meeting
The 17th of the Monthly Operations Coordination Unit (OCU) Meeting was held on 6 September 2024 as a hybrid meeting with the participation of representatives from the Contracting Authority, End Recipient, Consortium Representatives, and OCU Members.
During the meeting chaired by Sabriye Ayhan, Head of the Circular Economy and Waste Management Department, the participants were first informed about the progress of the project, completed and upcoming activities.
Making a presentation on the technical and administrative progress of the project, DEEP Project Team Leader Mihail Dimovski underlined the importance of the approval of the “Türkiye Single-Use Plastics and Marine Litter Roadmap Institutional Survey Report,” for the project.
Mr. Onur Akpulat, Deputy Team Leader of DEEP Project, gave information about the ongoing report studies and shared the developments about the completed and upcoming events and study visits.
During the meeting, the focus was on the field visits and trainings planned for the upcoming period.
