"Guideline on Advertisements Containing Environmental Declarations" Published

The "Guideline on Advertisements Containing Environmental Declarations," adopted as a principal decision at the meeting of the Advertisement Board dated 13.12.2022 and numbered 328, was published. The purpose of the Guideline is to guide all persons, institutions, and organizations related to advertising on the compliance of environmental statements and visuals in commercial advertisements and commercial applications made by advertisers, advertising agencies, and media organizations with the relevant legislation.
